Personal data

Privacy

How personal data is collected, used, stored and protected on the website.

Data controller

Data controller: La jambe de Clovis, EURL – single-member limited liability company.

Address: 10 rue Vaubana, 16000 Angoulême, France

Contact for personal data requests: lajambdedeclovis@gmail.com

Data collected

Contact form: name, email and message when these fields are submitted.

Newsletter or waitlist: email, consent, language, signup source and signup date when available.

Bookings or requests: information required to process the request, depending on the forms actually enabled.

Visit statistics: the website uses Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and, only in production, Umami Analytics. Umami is configured without cookies or directly identifiable data collection.

Abuse prevention: Vercel BotID processes the technical session signals required to distinguish human contact form submissions from bots.

Third-party services: Airbnb embed, Brevo, Stripe, Resend or other providers may process data when their features are used.

Purposes

Respond to messages sent through forms.

Send the newsletter or notify users of a project launch when they requested it.

Ensure technical operation, security and improvement of the website.

When features are active, enable booking, payment or order management.

Retention periods

Newsletter and waiting lists: until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or the relevant project ends.

Contact requests: while the request is being handled, then for no longer than twelve months after the last exchange.

Evidence of consent or unsubscribe requests: while the mailing list is managed, then for three years as evidence.

The website currently retains no direct booking, order or payment data because those features are disabled.

Data sharing

Data may be shared only with technical providers required for website operation or the requested service.

Providers identified in the project: Vercel for hosting, BotID abuse prevention, Analytics and Speed Insights, Umami Analytics for anonymised statistics, Brevo for newsletters, waiting lists and contact form delivery, Resend for other transactional emails, Stripe for payments when enabled, Airbnb when the widget or booking link is used.

These providers may process some data according to their own terms and policies.

User rights

Each user may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent when processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights: lajambdedeclovis@gmail.com

Cookies and trackers

The website may use elements required for technical operation.

When like buttons are used, a strictly necessary pseudonymous visitor identifier is retained for up to twelve months to remember the choice and prevent duplicate counts. It contains neither a name nor an email address.

BotID may use strictly necessary technical session identifiers to protect the contact form against automated submissions.

Umami Analytics does not place cookies and does not, by itself, require a consent banner.

Other third-party services present in the project, including Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Airbnb embed, Brevo or Stripe, may place or use trackers depending on the features actually enabled.

A consent banner or management mechanism must be planned if non-essential trackers are enabled in production.
